Buying and Selling Rules
The following types of ads will be canceled/removed immediately without notice: Multi-Level Marketing, Get Rich Quick schemes, Work At Home, Solicitations, Sexually explicit, Inappropriate or Excessive ads.
1. Item(s) will be listed in the most appropriate category.
2. Links submitted with an advertisement must pertain to the item being
advertised.
3. Spamming or sending unsolicited email or messages to MonkeyAds.com
or any members of MonkeyAds.com is strictly forbidden. Spamming will result
in termination of membership and/or investigation and prosecution.
4. You may not use or manipulate this service for any fraudulent activity
or purpose. Presumption and/or circumstantial evidence of fraudulent activity
will be investigated and/or prosecuted.

It is the sellers responsibility to comply with all local, state and federal laws.

Advertising Policies
All contents of advertisements, including subject matter, form, wording,
images and typography are subject to MonkeyAds approval and editing. MonkeyAds
reserves the right to reject, edit or cancel any advertisement or category
position at any time. Therefore, advertisers are not permitted to include
any content or image that is obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, an
invasion of privacy, or otherwise found inappropriate by MonkeyAds.com.

All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation
that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject
matter. The advertiser agrees to defend MonkeyAds.com and hold harmless
against any and all liability, loss or expense including reasonable attorney's
fees arising out of publication of such advertisements, including without
limitation, those resulting in claims or suits for libel, violation of
privacy or publicity, fraud, plagiarism, infringement of trademarks, trade
name, or patents and product liability resulting from the publication
of the advertiser's advertisement.
MonkeyAds.com reserves the right to reproduce, use the product or brand
names of its advertisers, for the purpose of promoting MonkeyAds.com.
The publisher assumes no liability for failure to perform because of strikes,
accidents, fires, blackouts or other circumstances beyond the publisher's
control. Positioning of advertising is at the discretion of the MonkeyAds.
We do reserve the right to change some or all of our services, and/or
the fees for our services at any time. Introduction and notification of
a new fee or service will be provided via our web site and/or email.
Google, MSN, Yahoo and other search engines can cache our content on their servers for an extend periods of time. MonkeyAds is not responsible for removing cache from any content provider.
Advertisers will be presumed to have read these rates and policies and agreed to their conditions without any further contract or notice.
